Description
These wonderful tulip shaped concrete structures (132 of them in all) called tulip pots, are the main architectural attraction of Little Island and are suspended above the water which are further supported by 280 concrete pilings extending into the Hudson River bed. Pier 55 between 13th and 14th Street on the Hudson River, New York City.
