Docked in New York City at Pier 6 Brooklyn Bridge Park is the three-masted barque rigged sail training vessel owned and operated by the Statsraad Lehmkuhl Foundation. It is based in Bergen, Norway and contracted out for various purposes, including serving as a school ship for the Royal Norwegian Navy. The square-rigged tall ship is on a journey to circumnavigate the globe stopping at more than 30 ports between August 2021 and April 2023 as part of the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development.
